Shipping

Shipping charges are $16.5 Australia wide excluding WA. For shipping costs to WA and overseas, please contact us.

Any items weighing over 3 kilos may cost extra, if this is the case we will contact you once you have placed the order.

Items will usually be dispatched within 2 working days provided they are in stock.

Return & Exchange

In the event that there is a problem with the goods you receive, you must in the first instance always contact us either by email or phone.

You are entitled to a refund, repair, exchange or credit if the product you have purchased is faulty in accordance with your statutory rights and as required by law.

Change of mind

Please contact us via email or phone with 72 hours of receiving the goods. Please include product description, image and date of purchase and we will try to assist. Exchanges are at our discretion. You will pay the postage to return the item to us once authorized. Returns must be in saleable condition and include the original undamaged packaging.

Damaged goods

Please contact and advise by email within 72 hours. Include image of product, description of the fault and date of purchase. You must have approval before returning the item. The customer is responsible for postage costs back to us.

The Antique Silver co will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.
