Movement is the main characteristic of the Twist Again fruit holder, designed by Odile Decq. A dynamic shape and a vortex of lines that spread out from the centre of the piece. This is further enriched by the granulation relief presented on the bowl.This Granulation effect, a special finish applied to the metal surface, reinterprets an ancient goldsmithing technique with an industrial twist. The arrangement of the granules follows a geometric order generated by the Fibonacci sequence, named after the Italian mathematician who identified the numerical code behind the Golden Ratio, one of the main principles that governs shapes in nature.
Made in coloured with epoxy resin with relief decoration.
